The 15,000 sf space consists of an open office environment with an innovation space for team collaboration as well as a GMP facility for the publicly traded pharmaceutical company.
This project consisted of over 22,000 SF of clean room development and manufacturing, over 30,000 SF of office space, and over 30,000 SF of warehousing and shipping, all under one roof.
