Applied Medical Technology expanded their capacity with over 22,000 SF of clean room development and manufacturing, over 30,000 SF of office space, and over 30,000 SF of warehousing and shipping, all under one roof. The smooth white concrete finish to of the new building symbolizes the clean sterile environment required while a two-story lobby welcomes visitors into the facility with a unique decorative stair as the focal point. The office areas are bright in color, with a palette of owner-inspired color choices, selected from studies documenting the sociological effects on mood and work efficiency due to the contextual environment.
