Steris

This project is a tenant remodel of a new facility for off-site instrument sterilization and reprocessing of hospital equipment. The entire facility was built to clean room standards. The remodel includes upgraded utility services and an exterior equipment area with fence surround. The facility is a modular fabricated construction within the existing warehouse space, built on raised platforms to ensure quality of in ground plumbing and utilities.
