Thermo Fisher TDX- Los Angeles

Thermo Fisher TDX was the consolidation of three separate manufacturing facilities under one roof at the new facility. The interior of an existing 106,000 sf building was converted to manufacturing, lab and office space. A new 45,000 sf warehouse was connected via a seismically controlled connector. The lab building meets ISO 8 requirements and includes 40,000 sqft of office, large lunch and collaboration/ meeting areas.
