LG CHEM
A 98,111 SF Customer Solutions Center and a 155,596 SF ABS pellet manufacturing facility. The Customer Solutions building consists of class A office space and a R&D pilot laboratory. The ABS building is a state-of-the-art fully automated ABS pellet manufacturing plant that produces plastic pellets.
BENDIX HQ
New 191,618 square foot, two story facility with 125,000 sf of Class A office space, the remaining space is devoted to R&D with 5 overhead cranes and 3 truck docks. The LEED Certified building sits on a 58 acre site complete with a 1 mile walking trail and 4 ponds.
THE CENTRO APARTMENTS
The Centro is an amenity filled luxury apartment community located in Fort Myers, FL that was completed in August of 2023. This property features 264 upscale units.

This facility includes a product development lab, a fabrication lab, a lab to analyze structural performance of prototypes, a 3D-printing lab, a hydraulics lab that supports ADS’ water treatment businesses, and so much more.
